Maytex Collin Stretch 1-Piece Slipcover Wing Chair Review

I have a wing back chair that one of our cats loved to scratch even though he has a cat scratching post right behind the chair.Not wanting to get rid of the chair, I ordered this slip cover.It was easy to put on the chair and the color is perfect. It matches the rest of the furniture beautifully.I would recommend the purchase of this item to anyone.The one minor problem is that the bottom does not fit tight to the chair. Maybe they aren't supposed to?It looks OK though.By the way, my cat does not scratch the chair anymore.

I purchased this to cover a recliner that has been abused by felines!The packaging was great & the cover was in pristine condition.The instructions were mostly clear, but my particular product didn't have a couple of things that the one on the instructions page did.Eventually got it all figured out; took me about 30 minutes to get it on & looking OK.Interestingly, the cats do not seem interested in scratching this cover, so that is very encouraging!Perhaps it will stay nice for a good while.

Boppy Total Body Pillow with Slipcover, Natural Review

At 4 months pregnant, I was looking for a body pillow that would offer some support to keep my pelvic bones and back aligned while I was sleeping on my side.I had been sleeping with a standard pillow between my legs, but I was hoping to find something a bit bigger that could give me the pelvic support I needed now, and the belly support that I would be needing in a month or so.After pulling the Boppy out of the package, I realized that this would not do the trick.It was not firm at all (about the firmness of a medium weight comforter.)The picture makes it look like it offers quite a bit of support, but when I laid my head on it, my head sunk all the way down to the bed, and when I put the lower half between my knees, my knees were completely touching through the pillow.Some reviews mentioned that putting it in the dryer will puff it up, but keep in mind that there is only so much stuffing in the pillow - it might get fluffier, but it won't get any more firm.

I returned mine immediately and bought an extra-firm king size pillow from Target for $12.It's working great for me so far.

The product I received did not match the description.The product listed here is a 4-piece slipcover for a recliner with a footrest that is attached to the seat.Instead, I received a 2-piece slipcover for a recliner with a separate footrest.Oddly enough the included instructions are for the correct slipcover.

Now I have to send back both this and the matching loveseat slip cover I ordered.Very frustrating.

Blue Jeans T-Cushion Loveseat Slipcover - Denim Review

I have had these for about 6 months now - also bought the couch one -
First and foremost - you will probably need to buy "grips" that help it stay tucked in.That is the only down side.
I have a leather couch and love seat and wanted to protection from my 3 young kids (7 and twin 5 year olds).These are so easy to put on.I pulled it out of the package and the cover was marked to show exactly how and where to put it.
The best thing is that there are tags are sewed right into the seams to show you where the back, front sides etc of the cover should go.Others I had bought only had stickers and once you took them off it was like trying to put a puzzler together to get the cover back on if you washed it or anything.
I have washed these 3 times and they look as good as they did the first day I opened them.
Like I said you may need the grips to hold it tucked in.We def do as these are our "everyday" couch and love seat.So we are up and down on them alot.
They are wearing well and work great.They are extra long so if your couch is up on "legs" it will cover them.Mine sat very close to the floor so I just tucked the cover under the back and it kept it nice and tight so it wouldn't get pulled down from the top cusions.
They are so easy to wash and dry - I line dry as much as I can and they didn't wrinkle or get stiff.Even in the dryer they came out great!
If I ever have to buy covers again I would buy these!!!!
Like I said I gave it 4 stars only because they do need the "grips" and you have to guy them seperatly - depending on the brand can get pricey.
You won't be disappointed if you buy these!!

these curtains are much lighter on a big window, like i have.But i needed orange curtains and there isn't much out there as far as orange.The curtains have held up quite well, but are not as bright orange in sunny windows at least.I'm sure on shady ones they might get the color pictured, but not so for me, even when i double them up.

Twill Off White Dining Slipcover Chair 417 Review

Loved these slip covers until I washed them. Had a small spill on them and washed them following the directions and they shrunk. Not like just a little, two inches in length and three inches from the front of the seat to the seam.They are white so you cant really go much without washing them. Other than that I liked them. I contacted Amazon and they are returning them and paying the postage. If you do order them I would order them from Amazon so if they shrink you can send them back.

Very comfortable, soft. The burgundy looks a little pinkish, but that's my only complaint. If installed properly, for example if you tuck everything in and if you make sure the ties are secure, it should stand up to daily movement.

This is the best fitting slipcover I've tried. It was easy to install and the elastic sides tailored the fit perfectly. The stretch material hugged my couch and showed all the curves. Stretch Velvet Loveseat Slipcover Review

The covers are very elastic, which is good because they stay around the bottom of the furniture, but when you sit, the fabric thats been tucked into the cushions tends to bounce out from being tucked in.The color (chocolate) does show every peice of lint, and also attracts every peice of lint.If the fabric gets snagged it pulls and you cant get it back to being smooth.Originally I got these to cover up our couches and protect them from our toddler, but I no longer use them because they are too hard to maintain.I would not recommend or purchase them again.They were also designed to fit a couch that looks like the one in the picture.If you have a different style couch, they will be hard to match up and it will just look sloppy.

Being made by Sure Fit I assumed this slip cover would better accomodate the differing styles of arm chairs.The description of the slip cover needs to include more specific dimensions.Worked for over an hour and could not get this to fit my chair.I missed the no return policy and now I am stuck with a chair cover and sofa cover that I cannot use.Be VERY careful in your decision to purchase this slip cover - if it doesn't fit, they won't take it back.I am very disappointed with the vendor.It is sold through Amazon Marketplace and I just assumed I would get better customer service (they say they accept returns on a case by case basis, but I cannot get a return email).I gave this product 2 stars just for the fact that I like the fabric and if it had fit, it would have looked nice.

Obviously a slipcover is never going to look like a reupholstered sofa, but this one is pretty good. It is made of denim and comes as a very dark wash. It is machine washable so like any jeans if you wash it multiple times it will fade. I suspect it will shrink though if you wash it, although I haven't tried. It's easy to put on; you don't actually need the instructions that come with it.

Maytex Stretch Waffle 2-Piece Slipcover Sofa Review

Let me first say that I ALMOST gave this 5 stars... it is truly a wonderful cover!!It's good looking, it stays put very well, and it is SOFT.I want to invite people over to my house just so they can sit on my soft "new" couch.Seriously... it's luxurious feeling. I love that it has a seperate cover for the cushions - it really helps it stay put and it takes away some of that "cover" look.Even my skeptical husband thought this cover looked awesome.And, it doesn't move around like most covers.Even with our two chilren jumping all over, it stays where it's supposed to be.Have I mentioned that it's soft?

Now, for the only two bad things I can say about this cover: the first and biggest thing is that the seams kept popping when I put it on.The fabric is stretchy but the seams really aren't.I kept cringing hearing them pop whenever I tugged a little bit.You have to put it on very very gently, and be careful not to pull any areas that are taught.Once it was on it was fine and no more seams have ripped, but I had to sew some seams back up immediately after putting it on.We do have a large couch (95" wide with high arms) so you likely wouldn't have this issue with a smaller couch.And again, once it was on, it wasn't an issue anymore.The other negative is that the sides and back aren't long enough to completely cover the couch and it leaves some spots showing.So if you want to have your couch in the middle of a room where people will see the back, this might not work for you.If it's going to be pushed up against a wall, it's probably not an issue.And again, we covered a large couch, so with a smaller couch you'd likely be fine.

I would definitely recommend this product and have my eye out for another one in the olive color.Oh - don't pay the $109 that Amazon is asking, I got this easily for $80 elsewhere with free shipping.

1 month update - Still LOVE this. The cover has stayed in place perfectly, and has held up very nicely to the children.I've also discovered it's water repellent - WOO HOO!I haven't had any more problems with the stitching.Oh, and it's still soft.:c)If my couch wasn't a mammoth, I would no doubt have given this 5 stars.(Note:my couch is still within the dimensions this slipcover says it covers.)
