I purchased this slipcover in Chocolate from Bed Bath and beyond.I was very excited to cover up my old purple couch and loveseat and I really didn't like the look of the tradtional slipcovers.I covered my sofa first and was amazed at the transformation, it looked as if it was a brand new couch.I loved the clean look, all the cushions along the back were contained in the slipcover for sleaque look.No more losing the remote in the cushions.The seat cushions have their own cover, giving it a unique look.just a little tweaking and it was done.
the loveseat had a few issues.First, they placed a tag designating the front arms on the exterior of the cover.They also sewed the tag in the seam, so when you removed the tag the seam separated.I called sure fit and they mentioned they remade them so they no longer had this issue...Bed Bath and Beyond must have had an older one.I ran my sewing maching on the seam real quick and it was fixed.
The loveseat cover was a bit too big...you can just tuck the material and that helped, but I didn't get the perfect fit as I did with the sofa.I guess that maybe I have a smaller loveseat?
The material washes beautifully.A toss in the gently cycle and a tumble low and they are better than new.The do however attract lint like crazy...if you have a pet, or kids you'll find things just stick too it...so have a good lint brush on hand.
Overall, a great looking slipcover.The photo they give is pretty accurate.
